My first experience there was just recently. I didn't have any insurance and had to go in for a consultation. The Marks are extremely polite, all the way down to the receptionist and to the assistant who gave me all my payment options and information. I'm so glad a relative of mine referred me there. My whole experience was amazing and I'm definitely going to refer others there as well. I appreciated everything they did for me. The whole experience there was wonderful. They need some kind of reward or something, because I've never been taken care of so fabulously in my life. May 3

Cap This! Dr. Marks custom made a cap & installed on my tooth all in one appointment. No return visit to get it put on. It looks great, feels great and prevented me from having a root canal! Not only that but Dr. Marks called me later that evening at home to check on me! You won't find any better dentistry service in Richmond than that. My dentist is awesome! Having just recently relocated to the area we were referred to Marks Family Dentist by our orthodontist. Needless to say his referral was perfect! My 2 sons and I all had appointments for cleanings, but my 4 year old had a different opinion on this. The hygienist was super cool and made him feel very comfortable by allowing him to see the instruments and calming his fears, and although he walked out with not having his cleaning, the experience was positive. Appointments were easy to get and the staff was very accommodating and I even get to go back next week to have 3 older filling redone...not looking forward to it, but that's just me, I don't like the drilling and such. Emergency Crown I was out for lunch with my wife and split one of my molars. She called her dentist, which I had never been to before, to try and get me an appointment. Brandon Mark's and the rest of the people at Mark's dentistry did an amazing job getting me into the clinic two hours later and taking care of a very painful problem. They had some amazing technology to map my teeth, create a 3-D image of my mouth and actually "mill" me a new molar crown in an hour and a half. It was a perfect fit and color match and was absolutely amazing. I will be going to Mark's Family Dentistry for any of my dental needs. Thanks for making a painful experience easier to bare. Excellence in Total Dentistry. I first saw Dr. Marks about implants last spring. I was amazed at his positive, friendly understanding and he has been encouraging every inch of the way. The office provides a plan of work and the costs up front with an explanation of insurance reimbursements. Recently I had a check-up which was thorough and professional with the staff friendly and smiling as usual. I look forward to the seating of implants as soon as the bone grafts are healed. Everything was very nice, very accessible even in my powerchair. The entire staff is friendly and helpful. My appointment was held on a very timely basis. First Crown Never had a crown before; but as I told friends I had an "old" tooth, mostly filling in need of crown to prevent problems. Dr. Marks used wonderful technology yesterday to give me my first crown. It was an amazing process. My husband chews ice and has "enjoyed" multiple crowns at another practice. A long, expensive process of at least two trips per crown/tooth. For me, after 1 1/2 hours, I left Marks Dentistry with a new crown, happy, and pain free. A very pleasant, great experience. Hopefully, I won't need more crowns; but, if so, I know that I'll go back to Dr. Brandon and his great expertise! So happy I switched to your practice. It makes going to the dentist a breeze! Even though I am a Grandma, I am still a "baby" when it comes to going to the Dentist. However, Dr. Marks is changing my outlook now on dental work. I recently had to have crown work done. I was trembling when I arrived at the dentist. Dr. Marks has a wonderful chairside manner and is so gentle when working. I never felt a thing. It was so interesting to actually see the machine in their office that makes the crowns. No need to have a temporary crown put on or to reschedule another appointment. A small camera was placed on the tooth area and translated the images on the computer...chairside, so I was viewing as it was being done. I had a 6 hour appointment to get 1 root canal, 1 crown, 4 fillings and two extractions. Marks Family Dentistry is the only dentist office in the world that would make me want to keep my mouth open for 6 hours to get that amount of work done with no pain or discomfort! I had to get a crown for a chipped tooth. The procedure was painless and the staff was very understanding and compassionate to my needs. Best experience I have had!!!! The bonus was that the numbness I have had to deal with in the past was also minimal (i.e. no difficult talking, chewing or swallowing). Great experience. Awesome Dental Practice! I had a piece of bonding chip off of a tooth and needed to get it fixed. I was new to the area and searched online for dentists. Marks Family Dentistry had a great website, and I was able to contact them that way. I got a phone call the next morning from them and the receptionist was so friendly! I was able to get an appointment for the next day, and they were so prompt, no waiting. Dr. Marks fixed my tooth's bonding in less than 30 min. "I can't say how much we all enjoy coming to Marks Family Dentistry! The first thing my 8 year old said when we walked in the door was how good it smelled. The receptionist welcomed us and immediately helped the kids with a game for the x-box. The hygienists do an awesome job with the cleaning and making sure the kids know how to clean their teeth as well. They are really great with kids.
