We know,there is no such thing as a pleasant dental handpiece (drill) . The old style "air-driven" handpieces are know for their loud shrill noice that can make the hair stand up on your neck! Years ago, the doctors at Marks Family Dentistry invested in the much quieter, more efficient, and smoother running electric handpieces. While we realize it will still sound real loud while it's in your mouth, it's still several decibles quieter than anything else we can use.
